Aboard the unshakeable pirate ship The Glory, what begins as an ordinary day quickly spirals into chaos. The crew must contend with the last great Siren mermaid, a band of ruthless oil moguls, and a mysterious blind Tree Man who may hold the key to their survival. Featuring new music by esteemed composer Nicole Murphy, Pirates of the High Trees is RAD Ensemble's signature fusion of imaginative storytelling, heartfelt performance, and playful theatricality — where pirates grow courage like vines and villains are undone by the very canopy they seek to conquer.

A science fiction spectacular inspired by the neo-expressionist film Metropolis. Set in a dystopian robot factory in Geebung, this futuristic fable explores the clash between raw human emotion and the cold logic of machines — and one magical cup of tea that might change everything.

Brisbane's own musical ghost story. When developers threaten the beloved Quavers music shop, the siblings Tammy, Mavis, Stirling and Bob call upon their musical ghost friends — from Hildegard the classical ghost to a country and western spook — to scare them away. A hauntingly good time featuring original music spanning jazz, classical, country, and rock.

Born from the ensemble's lived experience during the COVID pandemic, Quirky explored community, connection, vulnerability and the importance of interaction — woven together by Nicole Murphy's original score into a joyful, uplifting whole. RAD's inaugural flagship production that proved inclusive theatre could be world-class.
